Painter and Decorator - B4 Area, Birmingham

Pay: -18 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 18:00pm

Contract: Temporary Contract

Pertemps Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join a professional facilities and maintenance team, working across a range of modern residential buildings in the B4 area of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive environment, delivering essential maintenance and refurbishment works.

The Role:
"Carry out painting and decorating duties including preparation, undercoating, glossing, and emulsion.
"Undertake planned maintenance and responsive repairs to ensure properties remain safe, welcoming, and well-presented.
"Maintain cleanliness and safety in all working areas.
"Provide excellent service to building residents, reporting any issues or follow-up requirements to your team leader.

What You Need:
"Proven experience as a painter and decorator, ideally in a residential or facilities setting.
"Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
"A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards.
"Good communication and customer service skills.
"Must provide own paintbrushes and rollers.
