You will prepare and finish surfaces to a high standard across a variety of commercial projects. This will include taping and filling plasterboard joints, completing surface repairs, and applying paint and other finishes. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, take pride in their work, and be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a site team. Key Responsibilities Tape and fill plasterboard joints, corners and fixings. Apply jointing compounds and fillers to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish. Sand and prepare completed areas ready for decoration. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding and applying primers or sealers. Fill cracks, holes and surface imperfections using suitable materials. Mix and apply paints, stains, varnishes and other coatings. Apply finishes using brushes, rollers or spraying equipment.
