To be successful in the role of Painter & Decorator, you’ll bring:

• A qualification of NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating.
• Relevant work experience in the painting sector.
• A strong understanding of health and safety protocols, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with prisoners in an empowering environment.
