- CSCS card essential
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Strong skills in all decorating techniques, including gloss, emulsion, and prep work
- Comprehensive painting toolkit (brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, whites/overalls)
- Reliability and a professional attitude
- Ability to work to deadlines and specifications
