We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join a facilities management team working on student accommodation in Loughborough. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying finishes, and ensuring high-quality standards in property maintenance.

Description

• Prepare and clean surfaces prior to painting or decorating.
• Apply paint, wallpaper, or other finishes to walls and surfaces.
• Ensure all work meets the required quality standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Carry out touch-ups and repairs as needed.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Profile

A successful Painter & Decorator should have:

• Proven experience in painting and decorating within property or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Understanding of health and safety protocols in the workplace.

Job Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of up to -20.00ph, depending on experience.
