Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating (e.g. sanding, filling, priming)

• Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

• Mix and match paints and finishes to achieve desired colours and textures

• Operate brushes, rollers, and spray equipment safely and effectively

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Collaborate with site managers and other trades to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card (essential for site access)

• Proven experience in painting and decorating within the construction industry

• Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable and punctual
