I''m working with a national property services contractor that''s expanding on a long-term maintenance contract and needs a reliable Painter & Decorator to join the team.

The role:
You''ll be carrying out high-quality painting and decorating works across a range of properties, ensuring a professional finish in line with programme deadlines.

Day to day:

• Internal & external painting works
• Surface preparation (sanding, filling, priming)
• Applying paints, coatings, stains and varnishes
• Occasional wallcoverings (desirable)
• Working across occupied and void properties
• Managing materials and maintaining site standards

What they''re looking for:

• Proven Painter & Decorator experience
• Strong prep and finishing ability (not just basic painting)
• Good knowledge of materials and techniques
• Comfortable working in occupied environments
• Reliable, detail-focused and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
