The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and refreshing accommodation rooms to a high standard, helping prepare properties for incoming occupants. Key Responsibilities Preparing surfaces prior to painting, including sanding, filling, and priming where required. Painting bedrooms and communal areas to a professional standard. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and within agreed timescales. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Following health and safety procedures at all times.
