Painter & Decorator (Temporary Contract)

Location: Leicester, LE2

Contract: Temporary, Initial 3-Week Assignment

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: -14-16 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator for an initial 3-week temporary contract during the summer period to start on Monday 10th August.

The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and refreshing accommodation rooms to a high standard, helping prepare properties for incoming occupants.

• Preparing surfaces prior to painting, including sanding, filling, and priming where required.
• Painting bedrooms and communal areas to a professional standard.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Reporting any maintenance concerns identified during works.

• Previous Painter & Decorator experience is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices within maintenance/decorating environments.

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 4:30pm
• No weekends required
