As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and polishing a variety of surfaces — from individual panels to complete vehicle bodies. You’ll work on both new and refurbished vehicles, ensuring every job meets our exacting quality requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare vehicle surfaces using manual and machine sanding techniques.
- Apply primers, base coats, and clear coats using spray guns.
- Carry out polishing and defect removal to achieve a premium finish.
- Mix and match paint colours to exact specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Work to tight deadlines while upholding quality standards.

 
About You

- Proven experience as a Paint Technician, Vehicle Sprayer, or similar role.
- Skilled in preparation, spraying, and polishing techniques.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing flawless work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in a paint shop environment.
