This is a hands-on leadership position rather than a desk-based role. You''ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the paint department, ensuring the line operates safely, efficiently and consistently delivers the required quality standards. Alongside your leadership experience, you must have previous experience working with industrial paint, coating or anodising processes. You''ll understand the importance of process control, surface preparation, quality standards and maintaining consistent finishes within a production environment.
