Key Role and Responsibilities Supervise industrial painting teams on site. Plan, coordinate and oversee daily work activities. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with project programmes. Allocate labour, materials and equipment effectively. Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with coating specifications. Carry out site inspections and quality checks. Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings and daily team meetings.
