Paint Spraying Technician

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Spraying Technician to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes on manufactured components.Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing a variety of products to customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities Paint Spraying Technician Prepare components for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.Apply paint and coatings using conventional, HVLP, or air-assisted spray equipment.Mix paints and coatings accurately to manufacturer specifications.Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.Carry out touch-up work and rectify any coating defects where required.Maintain spray booths, guns, pumps, and associated equipment.Monitor paint usage and minimise waste.Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets.Complete quality inspection records and production documentation.Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with housekeeping standards.Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams.
