Paint Sprayer Supervisor

A manufacturer of automotive components based in Witham are looking to hire a Paint Spraying Supervisor to join their team and lead their team of Paint Sprayers and Preppers.The components are produced are low volume, high value parts, so attention to detail for the team is paramount! The environment you will be working in are first class!The role is working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with a salary up to 49,290 per annum.To be considered for the role, you will have at least 5 years Paint Spraying experience, have experience leading a team and ability to understand and follow instruction from technical data sheets.Paint Spraying Supervisor duties:-Supervise daily operations of the paint shop, ensuring all components are prepared, painted and finished to high standardsLead, train and support a team of painters, prep technicians and apprenticesInspect workEnforce health and safety policiesMonitor equipment conditionsReview completed paintwork for defects such as runs, orange peel or colour mismatchesSchedule jobs and allocate tasks to maximise efficiencyConduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and developmentThis role is a temporary to permanent role.If you are interested in this Paint Spraying role in Witham, please apply.If you have any questions about the company or the job, please call Prime Appointments and ask for Simon Clark. ..... full job details .....
