Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting for a paint sprayer on behalf of a well established manufacturer in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on individual with machine setting experience, looking to secure a long term role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating paint spraying booth equipment
• Preparing and setting up pump systems
• Carrying out wet paint spraying
• Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting general production duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Confident to lead small team of people
• Wet paint spraying experience is advantageous
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

Working hours:

• Afternoon shift
• Monday to Friday 2pm – 10pm

Pay:

• £15.00 per hour
• Pay increase available after 13 weeks based on performance
