Duties of the Paint Sprayer:

• Preparing classic and specialist vehicles for painting, including priming, stopping, and flatting
• Mixing paints and colour matching to exact specifications
• Applying base coats, specialised finishes, and lacquers to achieve a premium finish
• Polishing, cutting, and detailing vehicles to meet show-quality standards
• Ensuring all imperfections are identified and corrected to maintain high standards
• Working on restorations, bespoke projects, and one-off classic vehicles with attention to detail

Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or in a similar specialist vehicle environment
• Extensive knowledge of paint systems and colour matching techniques
• Excellent preparation, finishing, and polishing skills
• Keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team setting
• Previous experience working on classic, vintage, or bespoke vehicles
