The role:

As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing surfaces ready for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking and priming
• Applying paint coatings to a high standard using spray equipment
• Mixing paints and coatings to the correct specifications
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Carrying out touch-ups and rework where necessary
• Maintaining spray booths, equipment and work areas
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working to production schedules and customer deadlines

About you:

To be successful in this Paint Sprayer role, you''ll need:

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Industrial Painter or Vehicle Paint Sprayer
• Knowledge of paint preparation techniques and finishing processes
• Experience using spray guns and associated equipment
• Ability to work from technical instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Good housekeeping and health & safety awareness
• A reliable and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
