Paint Sprayer - Nights

kolt recruitment are looking for a Night Shift Paint Sprayer to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre based in Witham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician looking for a stable night shift position, working within a professional bodyshop focused on quality, efficiency and consistent workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles for paint including sanding, masking and priming
• Mixing and colour matching paints to manufacturer specifications
• Completing full resprays, panel refinishing and SMART repairs where required
• Delivering high-quality finishes consistently across all work
• Working efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining standards
• Keeping the booth and working area clean, tidy and compliant with safety requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair centre
• Strong knowledge of both water-based and solvent paint systems
• Ability to achieve excellent finish quality on all jobs
• Comfortable working independently on night shifts
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively
• Full UK driving licence
