The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the paint shop, coordinating the spraying team, maintaining high-quality finishing standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the structural steel paint shop. Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of paint sprayers and preparation operatives. Plan and prioritise work to meet production and project deadlines. Ensure structural steel is correctly prepared prior to coating.
