The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle paint spraying and refinishing work, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and insurance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a stable role with flexibility in hours to suit work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including masking and priming. Colour matching and mixing paints to ensure seamless repairs. Spraying vehicles to a high standard, maintaining attention to detail. Ensuring all work complies with health and safety and quality requirements. Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship. Requirements Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop/accident repair environment. Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
