kolt recruitment are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join an established accident repair centre based in Kingsbury, London.This role is ideal for an experienced automotive Paint Technician who can produce high-quality finishes, work efficiently and contribute to a busy, professional bodyshop environment. Key responsibilities Preparing vehicles for paint, including masking, sanding and primingMixing and matching paints (water-based and solvent) to manufacturer specifications Carrying out full resprays, panel repairs and refinishing work Ensuring all work meets quality, safety and manufacturer standards Working closely with panel, MET and workshop teams to maintain smooth workflow Maintaining paint equipment and spray booths to a high standard Requirements Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in an accident repair or bodyshop environment Strong knowledge of refinishing processes and modern paint systems Ability to produce high-quality finishes consistently Good efficiency and time-management skills Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Full UK driving licence If you or someone you know would be interested in this opportunity, get in touch withkirk at Kolt Recruitment for more information or to apply. ..... full job details .....
