Paint Sprayer

Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Gatwick . This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional to work in a modern workshop, delivering high-quality paint finishes on a variety of vehicles. Key Responsibilities Prepare vehicles and panels for paintwork, including masking, sanding, and priming. Mix and apply paints to match manufacturer and customer specifications. Use spray booths and equipment to deliver high-quality finishes. Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets industry and customer standards. Work efficiently to achieve deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Painter within a bodyshop or accident repair environment. ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential). Strong understanding of paint mixing, colour matching, and application techniques. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering first-class results. Full UK driving licence.
