Paint Sprayer

kolt recruitment are looking for a paint sprayer to join a busy accident repair centre based in high wycombe. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paint sprayer to join a well-established bodyshop, working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish on all repairs.
key responsibilities:

• prepare vehicles for paint including masking, sanding and priming-
• mix and apply paints to manufacturer specifications-
• carry out colour matching to ensure a seamless finish-
• spray vehicles to a high standard, ensuring a flawless finish-
• inspect completed work and carry out any necessary rectification-
• maintain spray booths and equipment to required standards-

requirements:

• previous experience as a paint sprayer within an accident repair centre-
• strong knowledge of paint systems and application techniques-
• excellent attention to detail and quality control-
• ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment-
• full uk driving licence preferred-
