The ideal candidate will have experience paint spraying wooden products, be comfortable setting up the paint spraying machine, and be able to manage their own workload. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Mix and match paints accurately to achieve the required colours and finishes. Apply paint and finishing coatings using various spraying techniques to achieve a highquality finish. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client specifications, making adjustments as needed. Maintain and clean spraying equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
