Paint Sprayer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you''ll be responsible for preparing and applying high-quality paint finishes to manufactured products while maintaining production schedules and ensuring quality standards are met. If you have experience with industrial spray equipment and take pride in producing quality work, we''d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts.Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.Operate airless, HVLP, or conventional spray equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.Monitor paint thickness, finish quality, and coverage to ensure products meet company standards.Perform touch-ups and rework as needed.Maintain spray booths, guns, hoses, and other painting equipment.Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling and storage of paints, solvents, and hazardous materials.Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and customer expectations.Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company housekeeping standards.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as an industrial paint sprayer or in a manufacturing paint environment.Knowledge of spray painting techniques, equipment, and finishing processes.Ability to read and understand work ..... full job details .....
