Paint Sprayer

Futures are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join our client’s growing team based in West Yorkshire. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out surface preparation, including sanding, masking, and priming
• Operate spray booths and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Prepare and finish components to a high standard using spray painting techniques
• Ensure all items are sprayed in line with the required specifications and quality standards
• Work to production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer and company standards

Requirements:

• Competence in using a variety of spray equipment and tools
• Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques
• Good manual handling and basic mechanical skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and technical drawings
• Awareness of health and safety procedures within a spray booth environment
• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
