Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary. Operate powder coating equipment, ensuring proper application techniques are followed. Monitor the curing process to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality. Conduct regular maintenance on powder coating machinery and equipment. Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies in colour and texture. Collaborate with team members to assemble and fabricate components as needed.
