You will work closely with other body shop technicians to ensure vehicles are repaired and returned to customers in pristine condition. Main Duties Prepare vehicles and panels for painting by sanding, masking, filling, priming, and carrying out all necessary preparation work. Mix and match paint colours accurately to manufacturer specifications and repair requirements. Apply primers, basecoats, and clear coats using spray-painting equipment to achieve a high-quality finish. Carry out SMART repairs and full vehicle resprays as required. Inspect repaired and painted surfaces to ensure work meets company quality standards. Rectify paint defects, including runs, dust contamination, orange peel, and colour mismatches. Maintain spray booths, paint equipment, and tools in a clean and safe working condition. Follow health and safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE and handling of hazardous substances.
