Paint SprayerLocation: Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire Pay: 16.00- 17.50 per hour, depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday, Day Shift Duration: Temporary - Projects throughout October Positions Available: 1Barker Ross are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to support a busy client working on a number of high-end Christmas projects throughout October.The role will involve spraying and finishing bespoke items being produced for retail window displays and in-store activations.Each project will be different, so we are looking for an experienced sprayer who takes pride in their work and is confident producing consistently high-quality finishes on a range of bespoke pieces.Duties will include:Preparing products and surfaces ready for sprayingWet spraying bespoke joinery and display componentsApplying primers, paints, lacquers and finishesMixing and preparing paints where requiredSanding, filling and preparing surfacesAchieving a smooth, high-quality finishCarrying out touch-ups and finishing workChecking completed items for quality and consistencyWorking alongside joiners and the wider production teamKeeping the spray area clean and organisedThe ideal candidate will have:Previous professional paint spraying experienceExperience with wet sprayingGood knowledge of surface preparation and finishingExcellent attention to detailAbility to achieve consistently high-quality finishesExperience working within a workshop or production environmentAbility to work ..... full job details .....
