The successful candidate will be responsible for spraying small automotive components, ensuring a high-quality finish in a production environment. Key Responsibilities * Spray painting small automotive parts to a high standard. * Prepare surfaces through masking, sanding, and cleaning prior to painting. * Ensure all painted components meet quality control and finish requirements. * Maintain spray equipment and work area in clean, safe working condition. * Follow job sheets, production targets, and deadlines with minimal supervision. Requirements * Previous experience in automotive or industrial paint spraying. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. * Confident with masking, prepping, and operating spray equipment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work B shift hours WARCOV
