If you''ve gained around six months'' experience in a vehicle prepper, paint or bodyshop environment and are eager to take the next step, this is an excellent opportunity to join a modern accident repair centre that genuinely invests in its people. You''ll work alongside experienced Paint Sprayers who will mentor and support you while you learn the latest vehicle refinishing techniques.

As a Vehicle Prepper / Trainee Paint Sprayer, you''ll support the paint department by preparing vehicles for refinishing while learning every stage of the paint process. You''ll receive hands-on training from experienced technicians, developing the skills needed to become a qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer.

• Prepare vehicles and panels ready for painting.
• Sand, mask and prime vehicles to a high standard.
• Assist experienced Paint Sprayers with vehicle refinishing.
• Learn colour matching and paint mixing techniques.
• Carry out quality checks before and after painting.
• Develop your knowledge of modern repair methods and water-based paint systems.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Work closely with the wider bodyshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.

• Around six months'' experience within a bodyshop, vehicle prepper or paint environment.
• A genuine passion for vehicle refinishing and the automotive industry.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

• Basic Salary: £28,000.
• Full-time, permanent position.
