The Role
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you''ll be responsible for producing high-quality paint finishes while ensuring all work meets manufacturer and customer standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Preparing vehicles and panels ready for paint application.
·Mixing and colour matching paint to achieve an excellent finish.
·Applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat using modern spray equipment.
·Completing refinishing work to a consistently high standard.
·Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
·Maintaining equipment and keeping your work area clean and organised.
·Working closely with panel technicians and other bodyshop departments to maintain workflow.
·Following all health, safety and quality procedures.

About You
We''re looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship.

The ideal candidate will have:
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Paint Refinisher within a busy accident repair centre or bodyshop.
·Excellent preparation, colour matching and paint application skills.
·Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing first-class repairs.
·The ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining high quality standards.
·A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
·A full UK driving licence is preferred.
