Permanent Role / Room to progress and develop / Secure role within a prestigious industry / Annual bonus Our client is currently recruiting on a permanent basis for a Paint Sprayer to work within their well-established team in their facility in North Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sprayer to join a forward-thinking, industry leading manufacturing business who offer strong progression routes. This role is on a rotating shift pattern (shown below) which will include weekends and nights. The Package: Rotating shift pattern (Week 1 - 60 hours across 5 days / Week 2 - 24 hours across 2 days) Competitive starting salary with strong progression routes. Annual bonus dependent on site performance (usually runs at around 5%) Generous holiday entitlement starting at 206 hours which increases with long service. Key duties include: Setting up and using spray guns Mixing and spraying water-based paints to specification Prepping and painting complex parts Completing necessary paperwork Requirements: Experience mixing paints and verifying paint film thickness Skilled in surface preparation and painting complex components Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Good standard of written English ..... full job details .....
