Skilled Paint SprayersAuxo Engineering are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer working 17:00 - 02:00 Monday to Friday on behalf of our client - a well-established and highly regarded company based in Foston, Derbyshire.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Paint Sprayer to join a professional and growing team on a temporary to permanent basis depending on performance.Hours: Monday - Friday 17:00 - 02:00Pay Rate - 17.25 p/h + 100 per week attendance bonus, 790 p/wKey Responsibilities:Prepare, spray, and finish tankers and other vehicles efficiently and to a high standardEnsure accurate colour matching and flawless final finishWork confidently with water-based paint systems and mixing techniquesMaintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environmentWork as part of a team delivering total customer satisfactionFollow all industry and manufacturer guidelinesPerson Specification:Proven experience in a similar role within an accident repair or bodyshop environmentSkilled in all aspects of paint preparation, application, and finishingConfident working independently and as part of a teamTakes pride in delivering quality work with excellent attention to detailHighly motivated and reliable with a strong work ethicWhat''s on Offer:Monday to Friday working - no weekendsSecure, full-time permanent position after a successful temp to perm periodFriendly and supportive working environmentOpportunities for ongoing training and developmentIf you have ..... full job details .....
