This is industrial manufacturing spray work on safety-critical aviation components not automotive body repair so precision and consistency matter more than speed. The Role • Applying primers, topcoats, lacquers and specialist coatings (including dry film lubricants) to engineering components using spray guns • Working to technical specifications and engineering drawings • Masking components using tapes, plugs and bungs to precise requirements • Setting and operating curing ovens to specified temperatures and durations • Inspecting finished work visual checks plus measuring paint thickness and gloss levels • Unmasking and touching up components as required • Maintaining spray booth equipment, pumps and machinery • Managing stock levels on SAP and ensuring batch traceability What We''re Looking For • Proven spray painting experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (automotive body shop experience won''t be a fit here) • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical...
