We are recruiting for an experienced Paint Shop Supervisor to lead a busy workshop-based coating operation in South Lanarkshire. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for coordinating people, materials and production activity to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The Role As Paint Shop Supervisor, you will: Plan daily and forward workloads to ensure the team has clear priorities. Allocate work according to production requirements and individual skills. Manage labour, materials and equipment to maintain production flow. Coordinate material movements with other workshop teams. Monitor team performance, productivity and downtime.
