Working as part of a busy paint shop, you will be responsible for preparing precision-engineered components prior to the painting and finishing process. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to high-quality standards. The Role Mask precision-engineered components ready for paint. Degrease and prepare parts before painting. Prepare components for paint and anodising processes. Read and interpret engineering drawings. Work to detailed customer specifications. Maintain excellent quality standards throughout production. Ensure a safe and tidy working environment. About You Previous experience within a paint preparation, masking or finishing role.
