Paint Shop Operative

One Call Consultants are looking for a Paint Shop Operative to join our large automotive client based in Aston, Birmingham Job Roles Preparing metal surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking) Applying powder coating using hand spray equipment to a high standard Spraying items on a moving rack system before curing Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and consistency Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, safe working environment Always following health and safety procedures Working to production schedules and deadlines Powder coating experience within the last 3 years Proven experience using hand spraying equipment Strong understanding of powder coating processes and techniques Experience with surface preparation and finishing Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team This role is an afternoon shift which is 14.15 to 22.30 Monday to Thursday with Fridays being 11.00 to 16.00 this shift also has a shift allowance bonus This is an ongoing temp to perm position for the right candidate You must display a can do attitude and have excellent time keeping If you feel this role is for you and you have pain shop / powder coating experience then please do apply now for this fantastic opening to join this great ..... full job details .....
