Paint Shop Operative Location: Chatham, Kent Salary: £13.07 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and successful manufacturing client seeking a reliable and hardworking Paintshop Operative to join their team. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, offering excellent opportunities for overtime and long-term stability. Key Duties Packaging coated parts ready for safe transport Preparing workpieces for the coating process Assisting the coating sprayer with daily production activities Hand blasting components to specification Carrying out quality inspections on completed items Reading and completing internal production paperwork Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Supporting colleagues to achieve production targets What We''re Looking For Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable carrying out physical, hands-on work Able to read and understand work instructions and internal documentation Previous manufacturing or production experience would be advantageous but is not essential Why Join Our Client?
