A well-established manufacturing company in Mildenhall, Suffolk is seeking a Paint Shop Operative to join their team. Powder coating experience is a plus but not required. This hands-on role offers stability, skill development, and a supportive working environment.

With a starting pay of -12.71+ p/hour, you''ll have the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to high-quality finishing projects and growing within a friendly, professional team.

• Preparing metal components for painting and coating
• Applying finishes using powder coating and wet paint methods
• Operating and maintaining spray equipment
• Ensuring high-quality standards and consistency in finishes
• Working efficiently to meet production targets

• Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
• -12.71 - -14.00+ p/hour
• 30 days holiday after a successful probation
