Responsibilities Prepare Steel units to be sprayed. Key, Clean and seal Process, Must seal neatly to a high standard. Priming and Other Painting using Rollers to be completed to a high standard Filler Work Polishing Masking Up Colour Matching Paint Mixing to ensure a perfect match in order to spray Quality Control/Inspection check on completion ensuring there are no defects Using the correct equipment and tooling as required. Ensuring correct PPE is worn at all times. Achieving an ongoing high rate of productivity. Report to team leader regarding updates on progress along with any issues that may arise. Fill in timesheets correctly and clearly and hand to team leader each week. Identifying workplace safety hazards. Adhering to safety management standards. Adhering to production schedules. Skills Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding equipment and surface preparation techniques Proficiency in using hand tools such as sanders, scrapers, and brushes Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, or sanders is advantageo...
