They are looking for a reliable and motivated Paint Prep Operative to join their production team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in preparing components to a high standard before painting and finishing.About the RoleAs a Paint Prep Operative, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of sign components for the paint process, ensuring they meet our quality standards.Your duties will include:Preparing aluminium and other materials for paintingCleaning, sanding and masking componentsFilling and smoothing surfaces where requiredInspecting items for imperfections before paintingAssisting with the movement and handling of materialsMaintaining a clean, safe and organised work areaSupporting the paint shop and production team as requiredAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in paint preparation, ..... full job details .....
