This is a hands-on role supporting the paint line to hit production targets while maintaining excellent quality and safe working practices. What you''ll be doingPreparing parts for coating (cleaning/degreasing, masking/plugging as required)Hanging/racking parts onto jigs and loading/unloading the conveyor lineSupporting powder coating processes (booth housekeeping and powder handling once trained)Monitoring line flow and curing ovens, reporting any issues or defectsCarrying out visual quality checks (coverage, finish, colour, contamination) and recording resultsPacking/labelling finished components to job card/customer requirementsKeeping the work area clean and following all site HandS procedures What we''re looking forEssential:Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment (powder coating/paint line experience is a strong advantage)Good attention to detail and ability to follow work instructionsReliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment...
