Paint line Lead Setter

We are currently recruiting for a Paint Line Lead Setter to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and overseeing the paint line to ensure smooth and efficient operation
• Leading and supervising a team of 5 operatives
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues on the line
• Taking responsibility for locking up the site at the end of shift
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or paint line setting role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• A confident, proactive approach with the strength of character to manage responsibility
• Reliable and committed to working a fixed afternoon/evening shift
