This is a hands-on role responsible for mixing, preparing, and controlling paint products to precise specifications while supporting production requirements. The successful candidate will be numerically minded, quality-focused, and confident communicating with customers and colleagues to help identify opportunities for additional sales and product recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesMix and prepare paint products in line with customer and production specifications.Measure, weigh, and record materials accurately to ensure product consistency and quality.Monitor stock levels of paints, pigments, and raw materials.Maintain accurate production and batch records.Carry out quality checks on colours, finishes, and product performance.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety procedures.Keep the paint kitchen and equipment clean, organised, and maintained.Liaise with customers and internal departments regarding product requirements.Identify opportunities to promote additional products and provide customers with suitable solutions.Assist in building strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.Support the wider production team to ensure ..... full job details .....
