Your role as Paid Social Account Manager:As a Paid Social Technical Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients across multiple social platforms with a variety of budgets, combining an audience-first approach with creative optimisations informed by data insight. You will also coach, mentor and develop junior team members and help shape the products, communication, and delivery of paid or organic social to clients.Main Accountabilities
Manage a portfolio of clients’ paid and organic social accounts across multiple channelsConduct calls with the client and sales to discuss and plan campaignsSetup, implement, track and optimise social campaigns across several marketsUndertake audience research, analysis and strategyComplete creative research, analysis and strategyProvide cost estimates and ensure robust budget managementAd copy writing and testingPrepare and deliver monthly reports and have monthly progress calls with clientsAnalyse social campaign performance and recommend next steps for all reportsBe responsible for the success of social campaigns and client KPIsProvide KPI-focused reportingCollaborate with other teams to ensure consistent deliveryWork with suppliers and platforms to stay up to date on products and best practicesContribute to quarterly reports, client decks and roadmaps aligned with KPIsDelegate tasks to executives on shared accountsWhat we''d like you to bring to the role
