Lead and inspire a small team of Paid Social specialists, fostering growth and collaboration.Own the global Paid Social and Display strategy, from customer acquisition to brand building.Collaborate with in-house creatives to deliver thumb-stopping full-funnel assets.Manage significant budgets, optimizing for CPA, ROAS, and new customer growth.Leverage advanced attribution tools to measure performance and guide channel strategy.What we’re looking for

6+ years of Paid Social experience with channel and team leadership.Proven expertise in Meta and TikTok, with confidence briefing and working with creators/UGC.Strong communicator and hands-on leader who can coach and roll sleeves up when needed.A creative strategist with a sharp eye for impactful content.Adaptable, proactive, and energised by fast-paced, high-growth environments.The practical info
