The Role: The Paid Social Executive will play a key role in managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. You''ll be responsible for building campaigns, analysing performance, testing new opportunities and identifying ways to improve results while supporting wider brand and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.Build, launch and optimise campaigns across prospecting, retargeting and customer retention activity.Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend is aligned with commercial goals.Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations to improve results.Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while reducing inefficient spend.Support the development of paid social strategies focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition and brand awareness.Create and manage testing plans across audiences, creative formats, messaging, placements and campaign structures.Analyse campaign ..... full job details .....
