This is an exciting opportunity to join Dune London''s Performance Marketing Team, where you will promote our brand and drive business growth through digital channels.We are looking for a digital enthusiast to join the team and lead our strategy and execution across Paid Social and Amazon Ads.1 year Maternity Fixed Term ContractAbout you

This role is pivotal for driving brand and performance success across platforms like Meta and TikTok, while also managing our presence on the Amazon marketplace. Your primary focus will be on attracting new customers and retaining our existing ones.Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, you''ll be responsible for executing and optimising campaigns across all channels. This includes rolling out best practices for campaign setup and content optimisation for paid social, as well as managing and growing our Amazon advertising campaigns. Your efforts will be crucial to our wider business strategy as we look to expand in Ireland and the US, and grow our Menswear and Bags and Accessories categories.You will also support our approach to channel measurement, helping to prove incrementality and drive content excellence across all digital advertising.Responsibilities

Responsible for the execution of activity across Meta, TikTok and Amazon.End-to-end management of paid social campaigns including forecasting, strategy, budget pacing, optimisation and measurement.Support testing across, Conversion Lift Testing, Brand Lift and A/B Testing.Develop strategies to support trade, seasonal launches and promotions across Spring Summer and Autumn Winter.Team up with CRM to deliver Lead Gen cross-channel tactics for Retention.Work with the Content Teams to stay ahead on creative and launch new assets.ManageManage and optimise the product feeds for Paid Social channels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information to maximise campaign performance. Including seasonal launches and promotionsLead the set-up of Paid Social campaigns, QA and performance reporting.Explore new channel and/or tools to improve engagement and efficiency.Experience / Skills Required

2 years hands on experience with social ad platforms (Meta, Pintrest, TikTok)Familiar with bidding platforms across search (Google Ads, Bing,Apple)Experience in a marketing role with a proven record of success and delivery.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and other performance marketing techniquesExperience managing an agency and/or stakeholdersSelf-starter with ability to influence and drive projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment (Retail or E-commerce)Understanding of digital KPIs controlling performance, ROI and profitabilityUnderstanding of marketing technology, including tracking and attributionAbout the perks
