Paid Social Director & AI Lead

The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management of all Paid Social activity on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed, as well as leading Ai exploration and innovation.

Key responsibilities:
Works closely with Head of Paid Social, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach to the channelEnsures best practice and innovation in all Paid Social activitiesManages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issuesTypically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the teamManages and develops direct reports and is accountable for complete team developmentConducts forecasting for annual and monthly budgets and is responsible for growing account profitabilityContributes to new business development when required
AI Exploration and InnovationIdentify and evaluate AI tools and platforms relevant to paid social, creative automation, audience segmentation, and performance forecastingLead pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives to test AI applications in real-world client scenariosTranslate AI capabilities into actionable strategies and services for clients, driving measurable business outcomesPartner with internal stakeholders (data science, tech, strategy) to integrate AI into marketing workflowsEducate clients and internal teams on the evolving AI landscape and its implications for digital marketing
